We realized that there was a trend: Whenever there is a sale or promotional period, there will always be a higher occurrence of dead buyers.

Dead buyers post the biggest problem for us online stores. When a customer places an order, she has priority over the other customers in purchasing the product, hence other customers will not be able to purchase the product. We give the customer priority as there is a non-spoken agreement between the seller and the buyer that the buyer will be purchasing the product.
This is the case for online shopping.
However when dead buyers occur, the chain of command breaks. Firstly, the product will be burgeoned off from other interested customers. Secondly, the online store will end up trying their best to contact the buyer via email on the order made. Often a times the "buyer" will end up missing in action (MIA). This is always the most problematic as the product is not sold even though it was supposed to and there is a gap in the inventory system as it was supposed to have been purchased.

Same occurrence for the latest weekend sale. We had 2 dead buyers. One did not reply at all, another said will make payment but never did. I dunno how to say this but I implore all customers to value our service as we value you as our customer.

It's really saddening when we try to contact you and you do not reply or reply but disappear in the end. Why not just let us know firsthand that you have decided to cancel your order if you cannot complete payment? That would open up the product to our other interested customers and make our lives easier as well.

Please do not hoard our products and be a dead buyer dear customers, we love a direct 2-way communication any day!
