Deadbuyers

We realized that there was a trend: Whenever there is a sale or promotional period, there will always be a higher occurrence of dead buyers.

Dead buyers post the biggest problem for us online stores. When a customer places an order, she has priority over the other customers in purchasing the product, hence other customers will not be able to purchase the product. We give the customer priority as there is a non-spoken agreement between the seller and the buyer that the buyer will be purchasing the product.
This is the case for online shopping.
However when dead buyers occur, the chain of command breaks. Firstly, the product will be burgeoned off from other interested customers. Secondly, the online store will end up trying their best to contact the buyer via email on the order made. Often a times the "buyer" will end up missing in action (MIA). This is always the most problematic as the product is not sold even though it was supposed to and there is a gap in the inventory system as it was supposed to have been purchased.

Same occurrence for the latest weekend sale. We had 2 dead buyers. One did not reply at all, another said will make payment but never did. I dunno how to say this but I implore all customers to value our service as we value you as our customer.

It's really saddening when we try to contact you and you do not reply or reply but disappear in the end. Why not just let us know firsthand that you have decided to cancel your order if you cannot complete payment? That would open up the product to our other interested customers and make our lives easier as well.

Please do not hoard our products and be a dead buyer dear customers, we love a direct 2-way communication any day!

2 mths and ongoing with retail rack at FirstDay

Today marks our second month collaboration with FirstDay, our biggest retail rack location ever.

We are very glad by the sales turnout with FirstDay and would like to thank all our lovely customers support with our Plaza Singapura rack so far.

It has been hectic restocking that particular rack cos sales are very good there and we constantly need to restock new items on a weekly basis. Due to that we had to buy more stock from our overseas sourcing trips to feed the high demand of clothings there.

Even though we have been busier than ever, we are truly glad that the our largest retail rack so far has taken off very successfully.

If you girls haven't know FirstDay offers a 10% discount on every first day of the month so to all customers who are dropping by tmr or for any first day of the subsequent months don't forget to pop by and take a look at our stuff!  :)

Restock madness for CNY

Today was a restock madness day for us at bangshotudown. As you know chinese new year is rolling by we had to restock new stock for our retail racks at plaza singapura, orchard central and far east plaza.

It was such a rush. Here's a photo from our instagram as proof:

Also we launched our latest collection 96 as well so the sending and packing of parcels were a rush too. Glad I can now take a break to rest and post about this.
